Cos’è un team? E’ una semplice somma di individui? Sappiamo che quando si tratta di persone, 1+1 può dare 1,2 o perfino 3, dipende dalle dinamiche in gioco! Sfortunatamente molte organizzazioni, quando si tratta dei team, considerano solo la somma delle competenze individuali.

Ma TeamX ha fatto la sua parte! C’è una crescente quantità di materiale nella letteratura sui team. Nel post hai a disposizione alcuni studi che esplorano quali siano i driver a maggior impatto sulla performance dei team. Alla fine risulta evidente che le dinamiche, le competenze del leader e degli altri membri del team sono ugualmente importanti. Possiamo sintetizzare questo aspetto nella seguente immagine.

Quali sono le competenze più importanti? Noi abbiamo trovato 18 caratteristiche che hanno un forte impatto sui risultati del team.


E cosa dire delle dinamiche? Ci sono 3 dinamiche principali che hanno un impatto estremamente significativo sulla performance: Trust, Synergy tra le persone e Energy, ovvero l’orientamento all’eccellenza.

Il modello è stato validato usando un database di oltre 80.000 persone provenienti da oltre 50 stati. Il questionario ha superato i tre round del test di validazione ed è stato utilizzato in numerose ricerche importanti. Basandosi sui componenti del team e sugli outcome di performance, TeamX presenta al leader delle statistiche ben elaborate, perché possano essere usate immediatamente come linee guida. In particolare, il questionario è stato validato utilizzando l’analisi fattoriale e il coefficiente alfa di Cronbach è risultato compreso in un range variabile tra 0,63 e 0,81, dimostrando un grado di affidabilità molto soddisfacente.
